Meet the founder
Vaibhav Vyas is the CEO and co-founder of Synova Labs, the Ahmedabad-based product engineering company building AI-powered B2B SaaS for the pharma, FMCG, building-materials, and manufacturing sectors. He brings 13+ years of leadership spanning HR transformation, strategic business partnering, and large-scale program management — experience that now shapes how Synova builds software that real field teams and enterprises actually adopt.
Before founding Synova Labs, Vaibhav was Deputy General Manager and Head of the People Experience team at Astral Ltd, where he led a 14-member team and drove the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA HCM, the integration of an acquired pumps business, and a group-wide overhaul of HR data architecture and policy. Earlier, as Assistant Vice President at Citi (later Axis Bank), he was part of the program management team that executed the divestiture of Citi's India consumer business — managing change, role mapping, and talent retention across two large organizations. His foundational years were at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, where he rose through HR business partnering roles across the Branded and International SBUs, supporting a multi-cultural workforce across 40+ countries and earning the distinction of being the company's youngest Assistant General Manager, with four promotions in nine years.
An MBA from Nirma University's Institute of Management and an Electronics & Communication engineer by training, Vaibhav combines technical fluency, commercial acumen, and a deep belief in building for the people who use the product. That combination is the foundation of Synova Labs' approach: practical, intelligence-driven SaaS that earns its place in the daily workflow.
